Casa compartida con la propietaria, Elena. La casa es grande y espaciosa, se encuentra a primera línea de playa y tiene un precioso jardín. Las habitaciones que se alquilan están en la planta baja y como hay dos, es posible coincidir con otros inquilinos en la casa. En coche, Castellón esta a 10 minutos y la universidad a 15. El autobús a Castellón tiene la parada delante de la casa (tarda unos 20 minutos). Para ir a la universidad 2 opciones : "bus + tranvía" o "20 minutos a pié + tranvía". En total, de casa a la universidad unos 45 minutos. También hay bicicletas del ayuntamiento a 5 minutos a pié....
